Can my teammates use any email address?

Do invites expire?
No. Invite links stay valid indefinitely until claimed. If a teammate misses the email, they can still claim it weeks or months later.
Can I see my teammates' headshots?
On the Light plan, each teammate's gallery is private to their own account. They can download and share their headshots themselves. If you need a unified dashboard, we can configure that — contact us.
What if a teammate doesn't claim their seat?
Unclaimed seats remain reserved against the invite indefinitely. We don't automatically reclaim them. If you'd like to revoke a seat and re-invite someone else, reach out to support.
